The NARSA 2023 Convention will be held in Toronto and will be hosted by the Toronto Midtown RSC. This page will be updated as information is confirmed but you can sign up for our mailing list if you’re not already on it to be updated as soon as information is released.

You will be emailed a separate ticket for each person in the booking. We recommend you either print, take a photo or a screenshot of each ticket and send it to the person who will be using it. They can print it or show it on their phone. Please note tickets will only scan once per event and if it has already been scanned for that event you will not be able to enter so make sure you don’t send the same ticket to 2 different people. The main name on the booking must be able to make themselves available to clear up any ticket issues with people you have purchased tickets for.

We recommend printing the tickets in case there are any network or wifi connection issues that prevent you from opening up emails on your phone at the venue.

Hotel Bookings now open

We’re delighted to let you know that we now have reservations open for hotel bookings for NARSA 2023, being hosted at the Sheraton Centre Toronto! You have two ways you can book your rooms:

Phone: Call 1-888-627-7175 and ask for the NARSA group conference rate. Note: This is not a number that is specific to NARSA it is the general number for Sheraton bookings. Typically in the past, this can be a bit clunky, so please be patient and make sure they apply the rates we’ve secured

Rates:

As we’ve discussed on the NARSA Weekly Update podcast for a while now, we have secured an early bird rate until December 15th. Costs are as follows:
- Single / Double $215 + tax /- Additional guests charge is $30 per person per night
- As of 16th December 2022, the rate will revert to the regular rate – Single / Double $229 + tax / Additional guests charge is $30 per person per night

Due to Toronto being absolutely jampacked in June 2023, space is limited prior to and after, so this may affect your travel planning. It’s just one challenge we’ll all have to navigate during the post-Covid rush, I’m afraid.

Event tickets will be on sale shortly – during the World Cup break for sure.
