Similar to any other ticketed event, once you’ve purchased your tickets, they’re yours. Unless the event is canceled outright, NARSA does not provide refunds. If you are struggling to sell them you can post them on the event facebook page or tag us on social media and we can help get the message out there.
NARSA now operates with electronic ticketing. If you sell your tickets, you have to email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you used for the original purchase, copying in the new purchaser, so that we can make the change in the system to avoid any hassles at the door on event night.
If you bought multiple ticket sets and are selling just one or two or so of those sets, our system does not allow purchased sets to be split up. What needs to happen is something like the following:
- You can print the tickets, meet the purchaser somewhere, hand the tickets over, exchange the monies, then the transaction is complete
- A variation of that is to show up at the event at the same time and have the person or persons scanned in at the same time. Please be careful of any scammers in such situations
- Essentially you have to get creative about how best to do this while limiting exposure for yourself in the process. Not ideal, we know, but it’s the way it is
NARSA takes no responsibility for tickets purchased through a third party. Do your due diligence before purchasing tickets from someone.
